General Layout

Styling - colours, fonts, skins, graphics
It is possible to change between different styles by going to
Main/ChangeLook. It is possible to change the main text font from the footer.
- Images - Maybe some graphics would be nice in the background.
Functionality
The fonts can be scaled in the browser, so you can choose a bigger or smaller
font size to look at.
Structure - Groups, Main/SideBar entries, Navigation
It is important to choose good group names
which are intuitive to use and provide good structure. The main ones
I could think of are listed under 'Groups' on the sidebar. There may be some change necessary, to meet various demands. Projects may grow in their needs to use the site and so form new groups in the structure.
Bugs - anything not working?
Security
It is possible to set up various levels of security.
Right now the site editing is password protected.
email addresses of the form: [[mailto:myname@suchandsuchplace]] are now obfusicated to prevent email harvesting robots reading them. they have to be precedet by mailto: and enclosed in double square brackets.
