Building Plot on the Field for Sale
My buyers having withdrawn after 3 months (cause they couldn’t get a mortgage), my plot on the field of dreams is up for sale (again). Still reeling from the shock I have not yet decided on a price. These buyers had offered £ 89.500 but that seems a bit high for a starting price, so for now I’m just testing the waters for possible interest.
