NFA Bed and Breakfast List - Feedback Process
Positive feedback is best shared with the proprietor, and will be welcomed by the NFA as well.
In the case of a complaint, this should be first addressed directly to the proprietor. If this is not possible or does not lead to a satisfactory result, a formal written complaint may be made to the NFA at nfa@findhorn.cc who will inform the proprietor immediately and look to establish reconciliation. Additional persons are welcomed to facilitate this process or support the people involved.
If either party is still not satisfied, an 'instance of grievance' will be recorded with the NFA and the B&B list administrator. If three 'grievances' are recorded, the NFA reserves the right to remove a proprietor from the NFA Bed and Breakfast list without recompense.
